The “coolest girl in the world” Chloe Sevigny just sold her Park Slope co-op for $2.7 million, per city records.
The actress listed the modest apartment in December for $2.75 million, so she got a just bit under ask. Still, she managed to turn a small profit on the sale. Sevigny picked up the apartment in October 2013, paying $2.05 million. The “classic seven” apartment comes with direct elevator access, three bedrooms, three full baths, beamed ceilings, a fireplace and park views. The listing, with J Eric Becker and Quinn Hagstrand of Corcoran, notes that the pre-war apartment has been totally updated.
Sevigny is best known for her work in “Kids,” “Boy’s Don’t Cry,” “Party Monster,” “Brown Bunny,” and “Big Love,” and she is scheduled to play Lizzie Borden in the upcoming film “Lizzie” with Kristen Stewart.
She was spotted in October, which she has since sold to someone else. But rumor has it that she’s already found another place in the city.
