The Miami residence of the late architect Zaha Hadid was just sold for $5.75 million. The three-bedroom, four-bathroom residence, located at in Miami's South Beach, was personally designed by the Pritzker Prize-winning architect, who . The property was sold by Angelica Garcia and Ivan Chorney of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty’s Sports and Entertainment Division.

Along with a futuristic design, the 2,541-square-foot residence boasts views of the Atlantic Ocean and an abundance of natural light. Hadid occupied the space while designing , a 62-story tower on Biscayne Boulevard in downtown Miami that's noted as her first and final residential skyscraper in the Western Hemisphere.
