Lara Spencer's new book is sure to become one of the most dog-eared, constantly-referenced books in any DIY'er (or even hope-to-be DIY'er)'s collection. Not only does she share before-and-after makeovers that zero in on each room's shortcomings (and then: solutions!), she turns the room into a show-stopping space using flea market-found goodies. We were lucky enough to get a sneak peek at the book, which is on sale today, and are excited to share one of our favorite makeovers with you: A small, asymmetrical room that was transformed into a posh parlor with some of Lara's favorite tricks.
