One of the most luxurious and renowned hotels in Paris, with architectural elements of art deco and art nouveau. We refer to the Lutetia, with its inestimable historical and cultural value, inaugurated in 1910 by Bon March\u00e9, the first department store in the French capital. A building that has never been renovated for over a century. Until four years ago, when the ambitious project of Jean Michel Wilmotte began, an eclectic French architect known on the International scene, among other things, for his restorations at the Louvre and at the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam. Wilmotte wanted to renew the original project, while preserving the historical aura and charisma of this grand hotel on the enchanting Rive Gauche, that was a traditional destination for refined and wealthy guests, including writers, actors, artists and magnates. To ensure excellence in every phase of the project, the architect has carefully selected his collaborators. For the common areas - Lobby, Conci\u00e8rgerie, Borghese Salon, Orangerie and Brasserie - the choice fell on Poliform Contract, whose expertise and organization, able to face different degrees of complexity in any project, proved to be essential.Poliform Contract, also in this case has identified concrete solutions for specific needs, but not only.
