The design half of partnered with on a neutral-heavy collection called (unsurprisingly) Magnolia Home. According to a York spokeswoman, Gaines drew her inspiration from historic wallpaper, fabric, and color swatches dating back to the early 18th century. The result is a line full of her go-to palette — black and white — with a few surprises. "There's even a vintage farm toile print I'm extra excited about," Gaines told in an email.
