The design half of  partnered with on a neutral-heavy collection called (unsurprisingly) Magnolia Home. According to a York spokeswoman, Gaines drew her inspiration from historic wallpaper, fabric, and color swatches dating back to the early 18th century. The result is a line full of her go-to palette — black and white — with a few surprises. "There's even a vintage farm toile print I'm extra excited about," Gaines told  in an email.

While Fixer Upper fans can't buy the wallpaper until early 2017, there are plenty of other ways to replicate in the meantime. Just add equal parts barn doors and distressed finishes, adash of inspirational sayings, and you'll have a Waco-worthy farmhouse sooner than you can say "."
