Drew and Jonathan Scott, hosts of the HGTV show "Property Brothers," are certainly successful enough that they don't need roommates anymore. But in this week's , the brothers admit that they still live together — at least for now.
After Jonathan's first marriage ended, he moved in with Drew, and stayed there for years. And that didn't change in 2012, when Drew started living with his now-fiancée Linda Phan, a creative director at Scott Entertainment. And Phan didn't even mind. "People were always like, 'Isn't that weird?' But there's an ease to it," she said. "You wake up and you go to work. It's nice and really convenient to be able to have meetings with the people you live with."
The 38-year-old twins still own a home in Las Vegas together, and they say it has become a sort of "compound" for their family. But they're not exactly full-time roomies anymore. Drew and Linda live in Los Angeles and Jonathan and his girlfriend Jacinta Kuznetzov, who also works for their company, live in Toronto.
Despite the odd living arrangement, Drew and Jonathan both say they're happier than ever in their personal lives. "If I had to picture what a joyous life is, it would be working with my family [and] having a beautiful partner who supports me and has her own passions," Jonathan said. "This is it," Drew added. "This is happiness."
