This Wine Rack Will Make You Question Your Eyesight

The power of optical illusion (not just this week's happy hour) makes the bottles disappear.

Harlequin Illusions

When it comes to , this wine rack is the coolest (and easiest) of them all. It's called the Pinetti and was designed by , who just so happens to be both an illusionist and a woodworker. And while it might look like your average organizer at first, it's designed to seamlessly vanish whatever passes through it.

Sure, you might not need help making wine bottles disappear (ba-dum-bum-ching!), but it's also a superb conversation starter. You can brag about how it's made out of red oak in Virginia's wine country or reveal the secret behind the optical illusion. Admittedly, we haven't quite figured that part out yet, but we have a feeling it has something to do with mirror play.

Check out the totally trippy design for yourself:

Even though it'll cost you a steep $295, perhaps that's just the price you have to pay to leave guests amazed.
