NOLET'S Silver Bourbon Cider

1 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin

1 oz. Bulleit Bourbon

1 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice

1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

0.75 oz. Simple Syrup

Muddle one slice of a grapefruit in an old fashioned glass. Add ice and remaining ingredients. Garnish with a grapefruit wheel.

1 oz. Cazadores Blanco Tequila

1 oz. Kaffir Lime-Infused St-Germain French Elderflower Liqueur

3/4 oz. Noilly Dry

1/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

5 Dashes Chartreuse

Shake the ingredients together and garnish with kaffir lime leaf.

The Jimadores Paloma

2 oz. Patrón Reposado

3 oz. Grapefruit Juice

1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

1 oz. Smoke Hibiscus Syrup

5 dashes of Peychaud Bitters

5 dashes of Angostura Bitters

Ginger Beer

Pinch of Salt

Grapefruit Snake Peel

Add grapefruit, lime, salt and Patrón into shaker. Add with ice and shake for 5 seconds. Straining into a Collins glass and fill with ginger beer. Pour hibiscus syrup on top and a dash bitters as well. Snake grapefruit peel inside the glass.

1.5 oz. Calvados Apple Brandy

1 oz. Apple Cider

.5 oz. Rosemary Simple Syrup

Lemon Juice

5-7 Basil Leaves

Combine first five ingredients and shake with ice; strain into martini glass and garnish with fresh basil.

Wicked Black Forest Punch

(Serves 15 people)

15 oz. Jägermeister

5 oz. Kirschwasser

2.5 oz. Velvet Falernum

5 oz. Hibiscus Tea Syrup

Agave Syrup

5 oz. Fresh Lemon juice

2.5 oz. Passionfruit juice

2.5 oz. Fresh Orange juice

7.5 oz. Fresh pineapple juice

10 oz. filtered water

10 dash Angostura Bitters

20 oz. Ginger Beer

Combine all ingredients into a gallon container (except the ginger beer) and refrigerate.

When time to serve, pour into a punch bowl with a big ice cube, garnish with orange wheels, lemon wheels, and hibiscus flowers. Top with a couple of chips of food-grade dry ice.

Fall Into Italy

3/4 oz. Averna

3/4 oz. Cognac

3/4 oz. Appleton

3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

3/4 oz. Simple Syrup

2 dashes Chocolate or Mole Bitters

Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker and whip-shake briefly to combine. Strain into a chilled footed highball or cordial glass. Add crushed ice on top. Garnish with one or several orange wedges and add a straw.

Pumpkin Spice Negroni

1 oz. Campari

1 oz. Bulldog Gin

3/4 oz. Frangelico

1/2 oz. Pumpkin Puree Infused Syrup

Egg White

Combine all ingredients and dry shake. Reshake with ice and strain into a small pumpkin (or coupe). Garnish with a light dusting of cinnamon and pumpkin seeds.

2 oz. Hangar 1 Straight Vodka

1 oz. Bianco / Blanc Vermouth

1 tsp. Pomegranate grenadine

Add all ingredients in a mixing glass. Stir briefly with ice and strain into a chilled Coupe or Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with brandied cherries.

1.5 elit Vodka

.5 Superior Vermouth (blend of noilly prat and Dolin dry)

.25 creme de violet

2 dashes lavender bitters

4 dashes Germain Robin Absinthe Blanche

Place all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice.

In a martini chiller glass, place three pieces of culinary dry ice into the bowl section of the glass and add 2 oz of warm water. Give it a quick stir. Top with the martini glass and pour in the cocktail from the mixing glass.

Shark Attack

1 oz Patrón Silver

1 oz mezcal

½ blue Curaçao

½ honey syrup (1 to 1 ratio of honey to water)

1 oz lime juice

egg white salt foam*

gummy sharks

In a shaker, combine all ingredients except the egg whites. Shake and strain into a lowball glass with ice.

*In a separate shaker, add 2 egg whites and 1/2 tsp of kosher salt. Dry shake (with no ice) until the egg whites turn into a foam. Lightly spoon the foam on top of the drink. Garnish with a few gummy sharks.

Mexican Firing Squad

2 oz Jose Cuervo Tradicional Silver Tequila

3/4 oz. fresh lime juice

3/4 oz. pomegranate syrup

Soda water

Combine all ingredients except soda water in a shaker with ice. Shake until very cold and strain into a salt-rimmed margarita glass and top with soda. Garnish with lime.
