, a condominium building in development in Miami, is offering 45 units ranging in price from $350,000 to $1.5 million. But owners don't actually get to live in the building. Only their vehicles do.
The climate-controlled auto storage facility will include 24-hour security, and each unit can be customized with amenities like over-the-top sound systems, wet bars, and cigar humidors. A penthouse private members' club, which is also part of the plan, will allow owners to hang out, show off their flashy cars, and race in a Formula 1 simulator. Co-developer Louis Birdman construction is expected to being in the second quarter of 2017.
