Everyone remembers the wallpaper from their childhood bedroom. Mine was an ivory and periwinkle check overlaid with a strip of Holly Hobbie wallpaper depicting vignettes of little girls in bonnets. For India Hicks, the former fashion model and daughter of the legendary interior designer David Hicks, it was a geometric alphabet, designed by her father. Now, some 40 years later, those very geometric letters inspired her new jewelry and accessories collection, , which features scarves, belts, handbags, small leather goods, and jewelry. Hicks says of the collection, “I’ve put my own signature on this legacy for a David Hicks + India Hicks style that translates into a language of dancing letters, bold geometrics and unexpected details.” See below for some of our favorite pieces, which are available on IndiaHicks.com.
